After 1.5 years of letting some customer service issues pass, such as waiting for longer than 30 minutes to see the doctor and poor documentation regarding my son's visit, the tip of the iceberg was our last appointment there where we waited for over an hour to see the doctor and not until we complained were we told that they were running late. Then we had a form that needed to be filled out by the doctor and we told them several times that we would come pick it back up if they could not complete it during the visit. My husband even called back after we left to remind them that we would come pick it up. After nearly a week of not hearing back from them, I called to see about the form. They told me that my husband told them to mail it, they said that was in the chart. My husband did not tell them that. Then when the nurse called me back, she said that she called my husband the day she mailed it, also a lie. The communication quality is poor, which can always be improved, but to lie to cover your own mistake.....completely uncalled for. That office has lost my son as a patient. Love Dana Kapp, but the office staff has just not communicated well, they need to get that together and not make the physicians lose patients based on their poor customer service.
