Norty's Bar and Grill was the brain child of a gentleman by the name of Tom Norton, aka Norty. After a few years and some serious drinking he sold out to Billie and Leroy Caldwell. The Caldwells eventually sold the bar to their son Rick. In 2005 Rick decided to sell it to us, Jason Horn & Jeff Harris. In 2007 Norty's on Messanie burned to the ground and was then resurrected in it's new location, 1117 Frederick.
