Provided by YP.comI have been bringing a number of cars that I have purchased second hand to
Frank at Quality Auto for the last 25 years. Frank has always repaired my cars efficiently and I have never had any problems with my cars. Frank and his crew are the best in the business or I would not continue to bring my cars to Quality Auto.

Provided by YPmobileMy car was performing poorly and it needed dire repairs regarding the solenoids on the engine. I originally came to Frank at Quality Auto because he assured me he could get me a better deal compared to what my local dealer could get me on repairs. He had my car for well OVER three weeks and NEVER returned my phone calls. Just kept putting me to the end of the line it seemed. When I FINALLY got the call that my car was ready to be picked up (over a month later) I was told that the repairs were made, but the car STILL doesn't perform like it should and that the total for the repairs done would be over $600. He then said I'd have to take it to a dealership, in other words, his way of discreetly saying that he was way in over his head to begin with. When I arrived to get my car, he then tells me that not only does the car still not run properly, but NOW the brakes don't work! Said that it was from lack of vacuum pressure. My brakes worked fine when I brought the car in!!! I feel as if I just thrown $600 down the toilet! He not only didn't fix my car, he made the problem worse!!! Stay away from this quack. He should have retired a LONG time ago!!! Go here at your own risk!! He's done friends of mine the same way since!!

Provided by YP.comI bought my truck through Quality Automotive Repair 3 years ago and they have done any work I have taken to them (starter went out, and the fuel pump went out - neither because they sold me a faulty product) with professionalism and expertise. They also will not screw you over just because you're a woman.
