As a buyer I found a fantastic agent in Karen Van Sickle of Re/Max. She went far out of her way to be helpful in so many ways. Since I was out of state it was difficult to make certain arrangements (such as the home inspection.) Karen followed through every step of the way and made certain everything went smoothly. I can't say enough good things about my experience buying in St. Joseph!

Office would not reply to any of the emails I have sent them. I guess they dont want my business or value their potential customers. Communication is POOR and one of the realtors I finally got a hold of didn't understand how to look up a listing when I provided the address. Kay I believe her name was. Not a smart bunch here at this office. I will take my business elsewhere.
