My mom decided on a Smokehouse sandwich and was deciding if she wanted turkey beef or pork. The waitress told us the turkey was the special I told her I wanted the Smokehouse sandwich as well, but with beef & no bun. The waitress seemed surprised by my request to have no bun and recommended something else, She stated that it had all three meets but no bun. I said ok. I tried what she had recommended. I did not like it at all. I only ate 3 bites and when she returned and asked how things were I told her I didn't like it. She brought us our check and I was floored to see that what she had recommended was $10.99! So not only did I not like it, I was paying almost double what my mom's sandwich was. She did not offer to take it off the check or even discount it. I was very appreciative when she let my mom know about the special, but was very disappointed in the item she had recommended and in the price!
