On the inside does a decent job. I worked for him for less than a month and quit because it almost seemed to be a con artist.. outside does a terrible job.. will just powerwash and spray wax vehicles while charging 100 plus dollars for a "full detail" the outside must be claybarred, rubbing compounded, polished, then waxed. Rubbing compound removes most oxidation and scratches while polishing brings out the glossy color and the wax just helps the shine and protects the car from elements anyone can wash and wax a car in 20 minutes.. but it takes a true professional to polish and compound a vehicle. If your in gratiot county and wanting a good detail I recommend you take your car to ALMA CHRYSLER where I am currently the main detailer or another local place called frisbys. But if you do take your car to shannon.. give it a quick wasg after you pick it up and the spray wax will wash off revealing the same scratches and oxidation it had before you paid 100 dollars to have it "detailed".
