We have a vinyl liner pool and were losing a couple inches of water a day. We were not sure where the leak was coming from. We have been frustrated in the past with calling the pool company that installed the liner to come out in a timely fashion so we looked online and found Adhair leak detection. Steve answered our call, gave us steps to follow to try to narrow down where the leak might be and then came out and found the leak, patched it, and then made sure there were not any other leaks. The leaking has stopped and we have peace of mind that there are no other leaks at this time. Highly recommend calling Steve - he is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and his prices are fair.

I have had a vinyl lined pool for 10 years and this year thought I may have a leak as the water level was dropping at a rate of a ½ inch per day. I decided to call Adhair Leak Detection as I wanted someone who exclusively dealt with pool leaks and had a ton of experience.

I contacted the company and left a message. Steve promptly returned my call and patiently listened to my issues and concerns. He gave me some things to try to better quantify the problem even before coming out. He followed up with me after the next few days to get the results of my measurements to better prepare for his onsite work. He arrived on time and fully prepared to investigate my leak. Steve explained his approach and methodology before getting to work.

He first checked the inground architecture and ruled out all the equipment before proceeding to the liner. He checked several suspicious spots to include a couple of old patches I had on the liner and around the ladder feet. He then used an electronic leak detection system (by Anderson Manufacturing) that is state of the art that is advertised to find even pinhole sized leaks in a liner and extensively checked the entire liner. No leak was found though everything was thoroughly checked. Steve then asked I let him know if the evaporative rate increases or anything else suspicious going forward and he’d come back to investigate further. His bill for his work was plenty fair and exactly as he had explained it would be before he ever came to our home.

Overall, this was an extremely positive experience though no leak was found. I now have the peace of mind and assurance that my water droppage was due to evaporation and not necessarily a leak in the liner, which is exactly what I needed to hear before closing our pool for the winter. I definitely recommend Adhair Leak Detection to anyone with a pool leak issue!

Steve came out to our home and found a leak no one else (plumber and irrigation company) could find. He proved the leak was the responsibility of the City of Ballwin, and after that, Ballwin repaired the water line at no charge to us. Very satisfied!

Had a serious leak in my swimming pool. Called several of the big dervices who said they would be ut in September. After reading the positive reviews I called Adhair. Steve came out in a couple of days and assessed the problem and developed a step by step plan, After some delay due to rain, he came out and found the leaks and repaired them that day. He kept in contact and answered all my questions promptly .My pool is holding water. He has followed up with me to make sure everything is going as promised. Pricie was very fair. I contacted Steve about a pool leak I have been dealing with for 2 seasons. He was at my house early completed the inspection and located my leak within an hour. He had the tools and equipment to make the repair while there and completed everything in 2 hours of arrival. I have had another company on site multiple times without this getting resolved. Steve documented everything for me along with providing a letter detailing the issue and repair. My pool no longer leaks so job well done!

I got Steve's number and he was able to come to our house within a few days to check out why our pool had been leaking for months. We'd hired 2 scuba divers to check it out but neither could locate the leak. Steve and his assistant found the small hole in the liner with a device that measures water suction via radio waves (I'm probably saying that all wrong). I needed assistance to help identify the pathway of a mystery pipe that was on my property. Because it wasn't a known utility line, it's considered a private line and the DIGRITE service won't touch it. I also had a project quickly approaching that was going to dig in the same area as the pipe and needed a trusted service to help save the day and ID the approximate pathway of the pipe so the team digging could avoid it with peace of mind. I called Adhair and Steve was able to help, even with short notice. Greatly appreciated. The dig project completed, and the mystery pipe was avoided! Mission accomplished! Thank you again!

Steve came out within 2 days . We had a significant water loss in our pool daily. Within 2 hours he located our leak. The next day we called him back to let him know where he had told us to dig was dry. He came back and did everything over and was here this time for 4 hours. He was baffled why it showed one day and not the next. He found it and didn`t charge us a dime. I would highly recommend Steve.
