This corporation is a SLUMLORD!!! This company is kicking out a dialysis patient who is dying. The foundation is crumbling on the property in question, the slumlord refuses to make repairs that were needed and the house was not handicapped accessible as required by Federal law. These people have yet to return any phone calls by the tenant or anyone else.

BEWARE OF ADVANTAGE PROPERTIES. If I could give a rating lower than 1, I would.

These landlords were slow to fix anything. It took several phone calls and messages being left before they reply. They falsely accused me of damaging their property and not paying bills connected with the property so they can retain your deposits which was twice one months rent.

They were very unprofessional landlords to me. And they know it would cost a tenant twice the amount to get what is owed so they continue to victimize people unchecked.

If you have been a victim of this company, I ask you to file a complaint. This company should not be allowed to take advantage of hard working people.
