Immigration Law: We focus our practice on the needs of businesses and individuals in immigration matters involving employment based visas, applications for family-based visas, and citizenship and naturalization.  We also represent clients with I-9 compliance, and employer sanctions, asylum applications, and removal proceedings.  Our staff is bilingual in Spanish,  French and Japanese.   

International & Business Law: In addition to our International Immigration Practice, we may assist with international commercial arbitration including negotiation of contracts, and international business disputes   We handle intellectual  property issues such as patent, trademark, copyright and import/export compliance. We specialize in joint venture issues, and foreign manufacturing transplants. 

We assist small and medium-sized businesses with business formation, contracts, and matters concerning the sale of a business or the establishment of branch offices.  We also assist businesses with L visas for intra-company transferees, and E-1/E-2 treaty trader visas.  We advise and process EB-5 applications for Investors wanting to create and conduct business in the U.S.
