I used their wash and fold. I asked for one bag to be done on Delicate and Cold water. When I picked up my clothes, THREE shirts had busted strap. They were clearly noted, as the straps were tied back together. Two of the three shirts were over $60 each. Never, ever, ever again. I've sent an email and awaiting their response. Will update as I see fit.

Don't go to this dry cleaners! They don't clean clothes well, they're very expensive and offer no discounts or coupons, and their staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. The cleaners break buttons and zippers off of things all the time and they really don't care. They always expect you to pay full price, even when their service is poor. There are many more dry cleaners in the area, you should not give Al's your business.
