I drove from Bourbon to americas beat in Kirkwood. Quite a distance. Couple of weeks later, we (husband and I) drove back up. It took a couple of days to realize the prescription wasn’t correct. Drove back again for another exam. Lenses corrected, should be ready in a couple of weeks. However I could never find a ride back up there. Finally, I was able to go back last week to have new lenses replaced in my frames. I went home and from that day on I have had to hold my glasses on my face. I flushed the toilet and my glasses fell off my face. Thank God I caught them before they went down the drain, I am 70 years old and have never had headaches. I now have a constant annoying ache. I cannot afford to keep driving up there because of inadequate help. I have no idea how that young lady managed to stretch my frames so out of place that they won’t even stay on my face, but she definitely did a good job is stretching. I would not recommend this store to anyone
