BEWARE. I do not recommend this company for many reasons. Five months after substantial completion of my project I received an invoice for an additional 15% of the project with no notice and no explanation. The owner claims he forgot to enter the change orders through the project. Now that I have paid in full, the owner does not return my calls and texts to repair warranty items.

Amherst Corporation built the home we lived in for more than 12 years in St Louis. We knew many others who also used Amherst for construction or renovations. The quality of the work and the attention to detail is outstanding. Amherst delivers excellent architectural designs and floor plans.
