On Friday almost at closing time , we went in to pick up a tool , my son saw a set of tires and wheels they were 100$ , i ask the owner if i give you 50$ in cash can you hold them till Tuesday so we can get them , he said sure gave us a receipt ,Tuesday went back , they were closed sat/sun/mon for all memorial holiday so with receipt in hand , my hubby and son arrived to the owner saying the tires and wheels were gone , he wasn't sure if someone else had sold them or what ???? But they were gone .. we live a good 40 minutes from this shop , so our gas and time was wasted , no one knows where the tires went but whatever .. the tires should have been put in the back or a sold sign on them at least , but this is a really crappy way of doing business :-( even when entering the shop , no one acknowledged us (3 people with me) I will NEVER shop here again it is bad business and they just lost not 1 car but 3 (vw super beetle, Deserter and a sand rail)all need parts......

I've dealt with Archway for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. They are an excellent company and I'd recommend them to anyone who need VW or other import parts.

Jason in the shop was terrific when I took my 78 vw convertible there. Went there expecting to need a rebuild, but they diagnosed it, got it fixed up, and on the road without an expensive rebuild.
