I strongly recommend avoiding Asprient Properties at all cost for the following reasons:



1) They are very unprofessional. The guy who runs the company needs anger management.



2) They hardly return security deposits; they make bogus and unreasonable deductions from your deposit, if you actually get a refund.



3) They are very deceitful. They are good with making promises which they rarely, if ever, fulfill. The pictures on their ads look a lot nicer than the actual apartment.



4) They bribe tenant into writing positive reviews.



5) They are rude and blame you if anything goes wrong.



6) They charge bogus fees. They would come up with any reason to charge you fees.



7) They are verbally and emotionally abusive. If you have low self-esteem, emotional, or mental illness, dealing with Asprient could make your situation worst. Be sure to have a good therapist or counselor to help you.



8) They care more about your money than about you. I once took my check to the office to pay my rent, he seemed happy to accept my check; however, I had a few questions for him about my lease, he all of a sudden became rude and did not seem to care anymore. They are also happy when you go to sign or renew your lease, but are not always available when you have an issue. You are pretty much their money making object.



9) They don't act in a legal or ethical manner.



10) They don't like it when you complain about anything or post negative reviews. One can no longer post a review on their Facebook page. No surprise, this change occurred after they starting getting negative reviews. Asprient probably removed the option in order to make them appear like a great company. Also, negative comments on some of their posts on Facebook mysteriously disappeared.



You can get more decent apartments that even cost less. Do lots of research when choosing an apartment.
