I am very happy with the service that I received from an employee (was on loan from their Brentwood location). He was able to move all of my photos, contact info and set up auto pay. I basically walked out of the store with a new phone that was ready to use. Didn't have to do a thing other than just enjoy the product/service they offered to me.

I have no ideal how this company works as I did not hire them for the job I was looking to have performed. I was shopping around for a hvac company to come and do a maintenance check on my outside air conditioner...the cost for the inspection wasn't to bad about the same with other companies in the area....what prevented me from hire Bone which is only one street away from me from winning my business..the cost of freon. The cost of Freon appears to be different for each company...so ask what they are charging before to hire any company. Bone was the most expensive at $98 a pound while the company I did hire is on $58. This is important as it could be up to two pounds to recharge your system so the cost could add up fast from that $75 inspection/maintenance check charge. be smart and shop around...don't believe anyone that tells you that freon is expensive and that it cost the same everywhere...they are lying to you.
