Ron is the manager I believe, he'll tell you anything you want to hear until he gets ur transmission apart then he hits you with the thousands of dollars ur going to be stuck paying, and he'll threaten to take you to court if you tell him to keep the vehicle. The guy is a ripoff!
They rebuilt my tranny June 21th 2017, June 28th 2018 the transmission burnt up on the highway! Do not use Austin for anything, Ron is the lying man in the office, I could have got this done for $2000 so he lead me to believe he could do it cheaper, after they took it all apart he asked me if I wanted a warranty, over $600 for a year, over $300 for 6 months and that's when he told me it would be almost $3000! They already had my transmission apart so the only thing I could do was borrow the money and pay the $3000.00. I had it towed to Transmissions To Go last week after it it went out again, they only charge $2000.00 and they have a FREE ONE YEAR WARRANTY! Austin is a total rip off, save urself a $1000 dollars and $600 on a warranty and don't let Austin scam you! Oh and Ron found a $50 coupon online so it was a little under $3000.00
