It is great when someone under promises and over delivers.

Roland saw my 25 year old car and started asking about it when I told him it needed a paint job, he asked why? When I showed him all the problems he pointed out what he believed he could do with it. Well since I was stareing at a 8k paint job I decided to let him work on it. He explained what he was going to do and what he could accomplish. I was doubtful, never having a paint correction, I believed a car needed to be painted when it was in the condition mine was in. He had the car for 4 days and explained all that he did to the car. He said it was good, I was expecting it to look like someone had waxed the car. When I picked up the car I thought it had been repainted. The gloss was back and the sand marks and oxidation was gone. The car was as slick as glass and just as deep. Black is a great color when great shape bad when not. It is now great. Roland wished he could have done more but the paint would not allow it. I could not imagine it being better. He appears to be a perfectionist, never a bad thing with a car. Hear is an after picture. Would show before but all those pictures are 20 ft away...

Roland Nalagan is the owner of Auto Perfection Services of St. Louis, LLC. He is nothing but the utmost professional and his service he provides is top notch. I brought him my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. He treated my car no different than if it was a 2016 Porsche. Roland was able to remove coffee stains from 10 years ago. He brought my husband's van back to life and conditioned it to sell at blue book value. I highly recommend his services. He is upfront and honest and puts in 110% in his work and it shows! I will definitely bring my car to him! Pricing is extremely reasonable and the car was finished as indicated in his original proposal. Roland is a hidden jewel! Roland Nalagan is in a league of his own. I first contacted him on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about pricing for a professional detail and paint correction. Not only was the man willing to look at the car that same afternoon to give me a more precise quote, he went two steps further by working on a section of the hood so I could better visualize what the final result may look like. With such a positive experience, I requested to set up an appointment right then and there! Detail time came sooner than expected, as an early slot opened up. From the get-go, I was genuinely comfortable leaving the car and key with Roland. Half way into the detail, Roland communicated that it would take some additional time to get the car up to his satisfaction and standards. No problem by me – I appreciated the honesty and commitment to doing quality work! By Sunday afternoon, he had truly transformed the car. Despite the fact that I went to pick up the car as the sun was setting, it was clear that Roland put a lot of time and effort into attacking those pesky scratches and swirl marks – even the deep monstrosities – along with steaming the engine bay, cleaning the wheels, and detailing the interior. It was like a night and day difference! Prior to me leaving, he told me to look at the car when the sun came out next and tell him what I thought. Before the next day even came, Roland called and expressed his desire to come and make another pass on one section in particular. What kind of detailer would be willing to make another trip out to make sure you are satisfied? Absolutely amazing! Not only did he come out after work one afternoon to fix that spot, he spent another two hours touching up other spots as well – and all this in a dress shirt and pants! I come back full circle to the fact that Roland is truly in a league of his own. It’s unfortunate that I can only give him five stars, and I can confidently say that he is the man to detail your car(s)! A++++

We took our 2003 Lexus to Roland and it looks brand new! Truly amazing results. We'd recommend him to anyone!

I've tried just about every remedy to remove the swirl marks on my '08 z06, but just couldn't seem to correct the paint to my expectations. So, I came to the conclusion that some things should just be left to the professionals. I had Roland do a paint correction and a 22-PLE coating and when I picked my car up today I was in shock. The car looks like it's ready for the show and the paint looks like glass. Excellent work!

I gave my car to Roland to detail over the weekend. I expected good things based on what I heard about Roland, but even then he surpasses your expectations. You figure, yeah he will get pretty deep and clean out most of it. But you don't really realize how far he goes to get it right.I have used many detailers but no one came as close to the time and attention that Roland puts into his work. I felt completely comfortable giving him the keys and letting him keep the car. He got all the deep scratches out, and I mean deep scratches from dog nails which no other detailer was able to. Thats all because HE PUTS IN ALOT OF TIME TO EACH CAR. I wont let anyone else touch my cars except for Roland.

Roland is the ONLY guy I know, who made multiple trips to make sure I was satisfied. You won't find another detailer like that.

He really is the best for bringing out the best from every car

This weekend Roland steam cleaned my engine. I had done some changes to the engine and needed to send pictures to the manufacturer but everything was so dirty still from the fall pollen and winter mess that I was embarrassed! In just an hour it looked like it just rolled off the factory floor again. And, no pressure washing! I was nervous about too much pressure causing problems with electronics but he used rags, brushes, a low pressure steam generator, and a lot of elbow grease. Looks great. Highly recommend him.

Roland details cars for our dealership but I think the ultimate compliment to him and what he can really do is when you let him have the keys to your personal twenty five year old prize possession. He took what was already a nice clean, original car and made me say one thing..."WOW"...he really cares and has a passion and when you have a passion for something...performance will follow.

Roland is truly worthy of a five star rating! I took my 1999 528i with 315,000 miles to him. He removed all of the swirl marks and made the paint shine like never before. I can honestly say its the best the paint has ever looked. Roland is a professional in every aspect, he can explain what he is doing with ease. He is honest with what he correct on the car and will show you how his services really work! If you are looking for a top noch detailer in the St. Louis area, look no further than Roland. Auto Perfection Services is professional, meticulous and customer service oriented. I sent two of my vehicles for their Premium Detail. Both vehicles were returned to me in pristine, better than showroom new condition. The paint surface is corrected, glossy and smooth. The interior is spotlessly clean. On my next visit, I am considering their 22 PLE treatment to preserve the quality of their paint work. We are definitely bringing our vehicles back to Auto Perfection Services.

Just picked it up this morning and wow! They don't look this good coming off the show room floor. (I am not easy to please when it comes to stuff like this) and it was perfect.



Normally I do my own detailing but due to a back injury I couldn't do it in time for the Euro Autoshow this Sunday so I gave it to Roland - and he knocked it out of the park!

I brought Roland a nice challenge. I have a 10 year old car that I wanted to give to my 16 year old. It has 180K+ miles on it and I didn't expect it to come back looking brand new. I just wanted to give my child a car with which she could be proud and want to take care of. I was so impressed with the outcome that a good part of me didn't want to give it up. The interior really looked amazing as did the exterior. Roland is considerate, professional, and thorough! I will definitely use Auto Perfection Services again! Thank you Roland!

I had the misfortune of having a bottle of beer break in the backseat of my car, and had no idea how to clean it. I was so lucky to have found Roland -- he did a great job taking care of the problem, and was so conscientious and careful about doing it right. He let me wait in the showroom while he worked, even setting up a small space heater for me because the showroom's heating system was broken. I cannot say enough good things about his workmanship, thoughtfulness, and conscientiousness. I would recommend him to anyone, and will never go to anyone else for detailing.

Roland did an awesome job detailing my Acura TL. The car looked better than when I bought it. I would highly recommend Roland's services to everyone. He is exceptionally skilled at what he does and is very friendly, courteous, and professional.

Only good things to say about my experience here. Roland is SUPER friendly, his work is phenomenal, and the price he charged me was very reasonable. I called Roland and he was able to get me in the very next day even with my very difficult work schedule (this included him staying after normal business hours). The car was ready in a few hours and I couldn't be more satisfied. I'd HIGHLY recommend Roland to anyone.

Roland is professional and very skilled at what he does. He has not only work together with us on customer cars, but on our personal cars as well. He never disappoints!!!!!!!!!

Roland did an excellent job detailing both my old and "new" car. When I wanted to sell my old car, Roland was able to make my nearly 10 year old car look and smell like new. I purchased a certified used car from a dealership and Roland did an amazing job picking up where their lack of attention to detail and cleaning power left off. He was rather disappointed in the effort the dealership detailers put forth and the harsh smell of the inadequate chemicals they used in my car. Roland was able to neutralize the strong smell and make it look even better than they could. When confronting the dealership about their inability to properly detail vehicles, their sales guy said they didn't have the "right stuff." Roland sure has it.

Roland did a great job detailing my 2003 truck and made it look like new. He also detail my wife's new used car and did a great job. I also had a car that the headlight lenses were yellowed and he took care of those and made them clear again. Very friendly and professional. Thanks Roland for the wonderful detailing. Clean car smell!!! My daughter loved her new (new to her) car except that it smelled of smoke from the previous owner. Now, after Roland's interior cleaning, it smells like new. She is now SO proud of her vehicle! Roland did a great job at a great price and was super fast. I highly recommend him!!
