I wish someone on the inside would have enough guts to blow the whistle on this company and shut it down. Horrible HR, ownership, and unscrupulous staff. Their antics are deplorable and they rob the clients of rights and benefits to line their own pockets, take trips, buy new equipment and appliances for themselves and give the used items to the clients. They find loop holes to swindle their employees out of basic rights and benefits, and put clients in harmful situations. Their behavior plans would be shot down by a real professional and they have subjected both clients and staff to serious diseases and infections. Here's hoping karma is real and they get what is coming to them.

I would not send my dog to work for this agency. There is a huge disconnect between management and staff. They lie about you getting full time pay even though you are part time. When you do work overtime, you are NOT paid time and a half. You are paid straight pay. I have went to the department of labor about this. They write you up for unnecessary, petty stuff. They hide behind there computers, and send emails, very little face to face contact. They also do not respect your car or your gas. They pay nothing in the way mileage and they expect you to take clients out every shift, which is ridiculous. The owner of the company is rarely seen. She does not address staff at all. You will only make 10/per hour, while behavior therapists per human resource manager Berly Forysthe, makes 70000/per year with masters degree. Some of us have a masters degree and don't make anything close. Stay away from this company, it will make you bitter.

I WOULD NEVER SEND A FAMILY MEMBER TO THIS AGENCY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HONEST WITH THE FAMILY MEMBERS AND THEY ARE UNETHICAL WITH THERE PRACTICES THEY DO NOT PUT THERE CLIENTS NEEDS FIRST AND MANAGEMENT LIES TO COVER UP THERE MISTAKES AND THEY HAVE IN THE PAST PUT A CLIENTS HEALTH AT RISK IN ORDER TO COVER UP THERE OWN LIES AND MISTAKES AND NOT PUTTING THE CLIENTS NEEDS OR WELL BEING FIRST AT ONE POINT THE STATE HAD TO GET INVOLVED WHICH INCLUDED DISPLINARY ACTION AND I DO NOT FEEL THAT THIS IS A SAFE AGENCY FOR ANY MENTALLY DISABLED PERSON
