I bought eight fish in the excess of $ 500.00 3 weeks ago. Within a few days they began dying off one by one and within a week were all gone. Because I was not provided a receipt because they were training a new cashier that did not have paper in the machine, I was told to wait until my charge statement came in(proof of purchase) save the dead fish and return them to the store...

I just got off the phone with the store manager who informed me they only warrant the fish for three days!

I can't believe them; their fish contaminated my pond and killed fish I have had for 5 years in addition to the diseased fish I bought. I was told this can happen and there is nothing to be done. I was treated so rude. I have spent a lot of money over the years at this store. I guess the original owner no longer owns Best of Nature because I believe this would not have happen. I have a beautiful pond & on the Water Garden tour June 21st.I’ll make sure I mention this to everyone. It will .cost me hundreds maybe thousands to replace the fish I lost. I would NOT recommend this store to purchase a thing. Customer service is horrible
