Customer service is obsolete in this location. The manager was horrible and the staff was busy watching television rather than assisting guests. When I brought the television issue up to the operations manager, her response was classic: "that's none of your business"...which is why this location will not get my business in the future.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY!! The customer service rep, John, told me the car I reserved was not available, and tried to charge me $200 extra for an SUV. Then, he tried to sell me insurance I did not need for $200 extra. The car was scratched when I received it (I took photos), and was 1/4 tank low on gas. Upon return, I filled the tank completely, but was told I would need to top off the tank at their rate, which was $9.95/gallon. I was also blamed for the scratches on the bumper, but I had pictures to prove I did not cause them. Returning the car took over two hours. If you are forced to rent from this facility, document everything before leaving the lot, and make sure your photos have dates on them, with the lot in the background. This facility deserves a rating on -200,000 stars.
