Would never use this company. Supposedly according to newspaper Build a Bear generated a Petition to bring in Uber. A company that is violating the laws in most states. Has multiple law suits for using Personal insurance instead of commercial insurance. Has been deemed an employer that is not paying any Taxes. Does not allow poor people to ride. Must have credit card, must have smart phone or cannot ride. Depending on Demand jacks the price up for a return trip back to your house. Has been unable to get a permit to operate ANYWHERE in the state of Missouri because they cannot prove they have Insurance on the cars, and won't fingerprint there drivers. Insurance companies say it is NOT POSSIBLE TO PUT COMMERCIAL INSURANCE on these personally owned cars. So they are indangering everyone on the street, by driving with insurance that does not have to pay for accidents. WHY IS BUILD A BEAR getting involved in this. Fedearl Law says they have to have Meters. State Law says the meters have to be certified and locked on a specific price, yet they charge based on demand however much they feel like. And don't pay any taxes on it.
