This company is horrible and desperate! we dropped them a while ago since we couldn't use our charter on demand and they openly admitted that they had to many customers to be able to serve and that there was nothing that they could do to fix our TV. Now come to find out years later, they come around neighborhoods and lock cable boxes even if the house is not their customer. so now they want us to wait two weeks for someone to come unlock our cable box so our cable company can check it out!

Never use this company, because once you think you've gotten rid of them, they still find a way to screw you over!

Sucks big time...will be glad when they go out of business

If you have a choice between charter and any other company, pick the other company. I have had the worst experience with charter. Not only are the customer service employees rude the supervisors are as well. They couldn't even get my name on the account correct and would call me by something else. Very unprofessional. On top of that they continued to disconnect my service for no reason and would have to send someone out to reconnect it. They claimed they had no idea why it happened. Some service men have no regard for your home. One tracked mud all through my house and acted like it was not a big deal. I had to pay a professional to get it clean. Overall I have never made a better decision than leaving charter. Att uverse is much better and you get more for less.
