This place is by far the absolute worst tow yard Ive been to. Lets start with the staff they have in there. A lady by the name of Chanel is very rude to certain customers. She never even greeted my husband and I. She simply walked up and asked what car and what year.. If she doesnt like the way you look shes rude to you.if she feels intimidated so will show it! I have never seen in my life a woman lack so much class and elegance about her professionalism in the workplace. This place is ghetto and ran by simpleminded individuals. I hope you guys are really paying attention when hiring staff. Everyone doesnt know how to conduct themselves accordingly in the workplace
