Very disappointed with my change to Clarkson Eyecare. I will not be going back nor would I recommend to anyone else. First, paid $39 for a follow-up visit for my daughters contacts even though she has been wearing contacts for 5 years. They didn't even order her contacts until after the follow-up visit so that she ended up having to wear them over the 2 week limit. Then, my son's glasses took 3 weeks to come in. I have worn glasses for 35 years and my kids have worn glasses for 7 years and it never took 3 weeks even in the 'olden days' . I never received not one phone call from anyone during this whole time and twice I was told that they should be in the next day and the last time I called and was told they were there. Lastly, and most importantly, they offer no protection plan, just a warranty for manufactoring defects and 50% off to replace the frames and I had to get that info off their website because no employee could provide me with this. I have always paid for a protection plan for my kid's glasses especially since one is a 13 year old boy and he has never made it a year without at least one break and scratches. I will be finding another option for my glasses and my kids' future glasses/contacts.
