If I could give this place -5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. NEVER take anything you value here.



I took my wedding dress here. When I returned the first time, after I had already given them my check, I realized that the dress was not completely clean so they took in back. Upon my second time coming back to pick up my dress, it was still not clean. Of course they happily deposited my check in the meantime. The incredibly rude employee lectured me on how if I wanted it completely clean then it should be taken elsewhere. If that was the case, I should have been told that when I initially brought the dress in. She also felt the need to make personal judgement on me, stating that "I clearly didn't care about the dress."



I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and will be filing additional complaints with the owners.



I am 100% certain of why they only accept cash or check- so they can scam people out of their money with no easy recourse.

Do not use this cleaners. THey are the worst. I have brought in shirts and they come back with stains on them. Oil stains that don't come out. NEVER USE THIS PLACE EVER. All they do is refund some of the money to you and then your left with a shirt you cant use any more. This has happened to me twice and now I will never go back. I have also heard others with the same problem. Plus they are rude at the store.

This is not just a Tip Top "Office," it's actually a dry cleaners. The staff are nice and good at their work, although they can be a little slow at times. The cleaning is fine (my only complaint is that my sweaters smell strongly of chemicals when they come back) and the service is fast. They've never lost any items, burned anything, or broken off buttons, etc. The Tip Top chain has coupons on their website and they also take other dry cleaners' coupons, too.
