These guys are great!

These guys are great! I went through the all night sessions with Comp Usa (who I bought the computer from 6 months ago & they are no more stores in St. Louis-- great support?), HP, and Microsoft for almost 6 weeks. The Nerd came out fixed everything in less than three hours and did about 4 additional things for me. It burnt me to have to pay someone else for the services the above mentioned companies should of taken care of under warranty. But It was well worth the price working with these guys. In the future, warranty or not they are my first call. I just have to thank them again for their excellent service and having people like that representing you, he was great!

Poor diagnosis. I'm out more than $700.00.

Computer Nerdz told me I needed a new computer: that my motherboard was bad. (lI had bought my computer from them less than 2 years ago). On their advise, I bought a new computer. Several weeks later, I took my old computer to my son (who lives in Madison, Wi.). He fixed it in ten minutes. The motherboard was fine! I am out $700 for a new computer plus the money I payed Computer Nerdz for the work they did. I'll never use Computer Nerdz again.

missed deadlines and awful customer service

Sarcasm, missed deadlines, and an attitude that doesn't give a wit about customer service were the hallmarks of my experience. The initial estimate was that my computer could be ready to go on Friday, I didn't get it back until Tuesday. With computer nerdz they'll do you a favor by fixing it when they feel like it. If you're not happy with the results, tough luck -- you are on your own.
