I'm actually a fan of Computer R Us.. Purchased my laptop a few years back and it has been a great working system no complaints. Then caught a virus about a 2 yrs later took it back to them and with in a week i had my system back. Then this year my system stopped charging and of course i took it to where i know i can get some quality work and not have to worry about getting the run around. Plus they already know my system and me. He analyzed my system with in 48 hrs let me know how much it would be and how long it would take to get my part in and within the time promised I had my system back. Thanks for all you do!!!!
