Albert said I needed new tie rods on my odyssey.My plates were due so after having it inspected at a different shop,they told me only one was bad enough to fail inspection. So that shop replaced it.When I took it back to Custom to replace the others(I wanted to get all my front end work done before I bought new tires),they replaced 2 bad ones plus the new one that the other shop just put on 2 weeks earlier!.I didnt catch their mistake for 2 weeks so by the time I brought it back, they had thrown away the tie rod. They said it was impossible to tell whether it was bad because it was dirty! I had brought in my paid receipt and shown them that I already had that one replaced, so they should not have replaced it! If their techs can't tell a good tie rod from a bad one, then how were they going to make a diagnosis in the first place? Every objection I made was met with some stupid excuse .They ended up refunding only $39 for the part and told me there was no labor charge because they replaced the inner one. So I paid $120 for the other shop to replace a tie rod, and Custom is telling me they only charged me $39 for the same thing? What a crock! They need to be sued. You don't do regular customers that way! Run from these shysters!
