If you want to wait six months

The mortgage lender I have worked with was not very communicative. Barely ever returned my calls on time during the initial part of the process. He switched the closing dates at the last minute and then didn't even let me know what time the closing would be until the last minute. Then it turns out I am missing a documentation, which he should have clearly pointed that out to me before the last minute, and despite my efforts to provide them a number of supplemental documentations they requested telling me that it would go thru if I supplemented those, the closing did not go thru. Don't expect any communication. Avoid this place at all costs.
