We have been working directly with Stacey for a while now. She is very knowledgeable and prompt to get work done. She gets emails out or phone calls done promptly. The full staff is great to work with. I would recommend to everyone.

DECA is a reputable company in the St. Louis area that works hard to meet the expectations of their tenants and owners. I would recommend their services to friends and family.

Extremely poor service. The agent and owner didn't return important emails and phone calls for several days. I was trying to acquire a lease property and they acted as if they were not interested in my business so I had to find someone that did value my business. I have never been more disappointed in 30 years of business with a real estate company.

I've been a tenant renting a house from Deca Realty going on two years now and I have no complaints! The house and neighborhood are great and whenever I've had a maintenance issue (which has only been a few times), the problems have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. I've very happy with them as the company I rent from and if would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have never had an issue with Deca. I call for the smallest issues and they always come out to fix it. I love that the guy calls in advance and ask if he can enter the home. I would hire them to manage my property.

All around awesome company with an awesome staff. Everyone is helpful and easy to communicate with and always willing to help. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my rental properties.

I have been using Deca Realty for almost 10 years to manage various real estate investments. When you deal with Deca, you deal with real people. They are also very ,very cost competitive for all the services they provide. I wouldnt use anyone else.
