I had an issue changing my oil. The technician helped me out. I was real impressed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: had scooter accident - called asked if they could pick up at home to take to shop and provide estimate to insurance co - sure no problem - is there a charge "don't worry about it". Fast forward - decide to take scooter back 3-4 weeks later and call them and ask cost for new tires and oil change and tell them that is all I will have done and will pick up when done and they provide a quote. Next day they call say scooter ready and then mention for first time there is a $90 fee for estimate to ins co and they are charging for pick up. After arguing w service manager then general manager that there was nothing in writing regarding these charges and that they were never mentioned in previous weeks they refused to hear me and finally I said fine give me the owners name and number I'll discuss with the owner...GM now realizes I'll tell owner what they tried to pull - the general manager says fine come get it for price of tires and oil change...but had I not challenged him on this they planned to rip me off - very unethical and being an older single woman think this is why they thought they could get by with it. Very sad - word to wise - go someplace else!

Great place, dont have to worry about them trying to get u for your money.Very honest and helpfull. Larry the supervisor was more than helpful. Ill never go anywhere eles
