After years of wanting an undercounter TV, I finally received one as a gift. The first week of August, my son was able to install the GPX unit. It worked well and I enjoyed it, for the total of just under a month. One morning I was watching it, the screen went blue, then stripped, then white. I now have a unit with a white screen. I have attempted to call the customer service number and have been told over a period of two weeks that someone named Rob would contact me. I have only been able to speak with outsourced personel, who continue to string me along. I have now been told there is nothing that can be done. ANY product should last longer than one month. NEVER, ever buy a GPX product.
