The sale person came late for his appointment that we set the week before. He was arrogant, bitter and difficult to ask questions. It was as if I have to beg for any information.

I really think this guy should take a sales course before meeting another customer. Anyway, we are human and we go through different mood at each moment.

I am so, so frustrated.



After three service calls for minor things from different companies, I was finally told that it was time to replace the AC by .... I agreed & was glad to find an honest place who told me straight that it was time.



They replaced my old unit with a new one.



It. Does not. Work.

I should rate 0 but I can't. Techguy only talked and did nothing .

The salesman was very pushy .

Our heat went out on a frigid day in March. When I contacted Brett from JT Dunn Climate Control, he immediately tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone. He arrived at the house a short time later and I had already rectified the problem myself. He still took the time to check out the unit and offer advice. He DID NOT charge us a service fee! He is a super nice guy, very polite and easy to deal with. He definitely has our business in the future!

he installed and heat pump at my mom's house and she's always gets nervous but everything went really smootheverything went goodI don't understand what some other people were talking about maybe you just can't please everybody I even asked him to do something different then what was on the contract in no problem doing it

I have used this company for 10 years on my own home and refer them to my Real Estate clients. They have always been very professional and when I needed a job done right away, because we were on a time crunch, they came through for us.

I called brett to schedule a service to my a/c. He was supposed to be here today at 2. He never showed. When I called to find out where he was, he told me that he couldn't make it due to other service calls. He never even bothered to call me and let me know that he wasn't coming. Additionally, he was a jerk to me on the phone. Terrible experience. Not recommended.
