Incompetent in setting my mother n law up with her financial investments after she moved into an assisted living facility. Constantly have to check up on Ed Scott to make sure he is making the correct choices for us. Even after he was told how we wanted things set up! Not a very friendly atmosphere once you walk into this facility. "No not recommend."
