I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. I also mentioned I might have had a slow leak in one tire and asked him to check the wear on two other tires. At the completion of the work, the technician informed me one tire had an un-repairable puncture and the other two needed replacement. Oddly, my issue is that they did what I asked (tire rotation) despite also recommending other service that would render said service useless. If you're suggestion I replace my tires, why did I need a rotation of the old ones? They would have scored higher 'Customer Service' marks if they asked me, "Hey, Mr. H, since you need to replace your tires, do you still want us to rotate the old ones?"

We have used them many times for a variety of services and this last time has insured that we will NEVER use them again. In the past fairly good service and product. They have done ac work for us in the past - very successfully - so we took our truck in for ac service. They told us - after "running a diagnostic" - that it would be $208 - and was simply needing charged. We picked it up to the tune of $350 - which they didn't call us about - and the ac didn't last from their shop to the Poplar Street Bridge. Called them back, said bring it in... now it's going to be an additional $811 because somehow they didn't notice the compressor was shot. REALLY????

I've taken my car to these guys 3 times now. And each time, it's the same thing. No matter what's wrong with the car, they always tell you there's something else they have to charge you for in order to address the initial problem. The last 2 times I brought my car in, it was in a state of inoperability. Both times, after performing the initial work they quoted me for, they called and said they couldn't get the car started unless they performed some additional work.



Do yourself a favor - NEVER do business with these guys!

Very knowledgeable staff. Car is always done when the time is agreed on.
