Founding attorney Donald Singer has over 38 years of legal experience in complex litigation in state and federal court. With a strong love for real estate, Don has been in the forefront in representing property owners involved in eminent domain matters. Don enjoys assisting individuals and families in planning to protect their assets from creditors, predators and outlaws ( ex-in-laws ). He is an experienced trial attorney who received his masters in tax law from Washington University in 2007. Attorney Scott Schatzman handles a variety of transactional and litigation matters. Scott's areas of practice include real estate/eminent domain matters, business formation, maintenance and litigation, estate planning and asset/wealth protection, sports representation, personal injury matters and related representation. With a collegiate and international wrestling background, Scott represents coaches and athletes in Missouri and Illinois. This includes athletes in the booming sport of mixed martial arts. Scott is also pursuing his masters in tax law from Washington University.
