Provided by YP.comReception staff courteous and helpful. Parole officer staff person however was opinionated, inflexible, unreasonable, and prejudicial. Apparently enjoys the power she has over clients and how she can affect their lives. Ego may play a part in her decisions. She also does not listen effectively.
