For an eviction it cost $600 which was $200 more than the only other eviction I ever had to do. I agreed to it and the additional court fees that the last lawyer just included in his total. We got the eviction order but nothing happened. The tenant didn't leave so there was even more fees this time for clerical stuff. Maybe this is all just typical and the other lawyer was great, maybe that's why I can't find him any more. I don't have a lot of experience with this but it cost me a lot more time and money this time around so I just wanted to warn anyone else!!!
