Awesome job. Took care of my dog like he was there's.

The grooming has gone downhill over the past few years. The employee attitudes have gone down hill as well. This last time (Jan 12 2015) was the last straw for us. When we picked up our dog she was still shedding as badly as she had been prior to the sled less treatment. With an attitude, they brought her back to the grooming area and I watched her shiver and shake as they were so rough with her. I also watched them take piles and piles more hair off of her. We took her home already knowing we would never go back there, and then two days later we realized she had an oozing wound on her neck from being held onto the grooming table so forcefully while she was struggling. This ended up a vets visit and antibiotics for Bella. There are plenty of pet grooming salons in the area. I strongly recommend checking out reviews and the BBB prior to picking one.
