the good. great people great hair care products.treat you very good.the bad,they dont tell you everything and your cost down the road. they have many packages,that cost more.and here is the biggie[for me]the hair only last you 3 to 4 months,it wears [falls]out,then you need new hair....more money.all hiden cost until you buy in.oh yea when you go in every 6 to 7 weeks to get your hair fixed or cut or what ever..95 dollars an hour,or you can buy another package to cover that cost.to me a total waste of money.
