Dr. Rich is the best physician I've had the experience to work with. I am treated with respect, and have been actively involved with my treatment and care, since 2012. I've never felt marginalized, and have been encouraged to learn as much as possible by asking questions, and discussing research.

Dr. Rich is kind and engaging, with a quiet sense of humor. He is a most gifted surgeon and person, whom I would recommend to friends, family, and anyone seeking professional medical care.

Dr. Rich is not only extremely professional, he is also very caring and shows genuine interest in his patients. I trust him completely and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rich. He not only is a gifted doctor and surgeon he has that unique ability of making patients feel like family. You know he really cares from the first minute you speak to him. You feel like a number one priority. He saved my husbands life and we will forever be grateful.
