Provided by YPmobileWorst customer service ever the lady was nice at frist but 2days after i bought it stop working and i called because i i was told i had a warranty then i was yelled at told i don't know anything about lawn mowers and hung up on. Wish i could give them a zero but i cant.

Provided by YP.comI've had my mower maintenance done annually for six consecutive years by Jennings Lawnmower Repair and Services.
Their work and customer service is excellent. Yes, they require a deposit and cash payment.
But mower service is one of the types of services that is often abused by customers. Deposit and cash payment is considered "best practices" for many businesses of this type.
Jennings mower repair and services personnel are courteous, professional and do excellent work.
They are careful to get all relevant information about the customer and the mower--and they write it down on the service sheet, so they can do the work and have the machine ready as soon as possible without unnecessary delays.
My experience is that Jennings Mower and Repair Services is a professional company that does good work and all their employees give courteous customer service.

Provided by YPmobileCustomer service is bad. Deposit means get back or credit towards bik. Not keep it and charge for repairs as well. 45 bucks to change gas line and return wire and then tell me we didnt start it up so we dnt knw if it runs. Too steep.
