Older, neighborhood salon, no leasehold improvements to the space. Older senior citizen clientele of the weekly wash and kinky tight roller set crowd. Staff has no familiarity with current trends in cuts, blowouts or color, no continuing education in that regard. Not receptive to customer requests that are different from what they are used to doing. Capability is more like "hair techs" of 30+ yrs ago, rather than hair stylists. On the other hand it's a good place to get a roller set if you have very short hair and want that look.
