At Lake Forest Dental, our first goal is to establish a relationship with our patients. We slow down and listen to YOU so that we can discover what is appropriate for your needs. We treat the whole person, not just the dental patient. We will accept any insurance plan that allows you to select your own dentist. We will do our best to determine what insurance benefits you have and we will accept assignment of benefits from your insurance carrier. Any difference between what the insurance company pays and your actual fees will be payable by you. In practice for over 25 years and armed with training from the prestigious Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr Telthorst strongly believes in taking the time to understand his patients desires and individual situations.
