The staff here has always taken their time with me & done an exceptional job on my nails. It's a fairly simple shop, not fancy, but clean & pedicures & nails are handled very well. Without an appointment, you really are taking your chances. Sometimes they can get right to you, but sometimes there is a wait. I have always found the nail tech's polite & again, they job they do is better than most places. Surprised by the negative review where the main complaint seems to be about a rude customer. Not sure what the reviewer would have wanted done.

THE DAY I WENT 7/18/08 ONLY THREE NAIL TECHS. ON DUTY. WAS OKAY UNTIL A GROUP OF SIX WANTING SERVICE CAME IN. FROM THAT POINT I RECIEVED A RUSH JOB ON MY MANICURE AND PEDICURE(HAD TO GO HOME TO DO EXTRA TOP COAT.) ON TOP OF THAT ONE OF THE SIX CUSTOMERS WAS VERY RUDE. SHE CAME IN AND JUST TURNED THE TV WITHOUT ASKING IF ANYONE WAS WATCHING. NAIL TECHS DIDN'T ADDRESS THE SITUATION AT ANY TIME. SO I APPROACHED THE CUSTOMER IN A CHUMMY WAY. SHE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING JUST WALKED AWAY AND ROLLED HER EYES. I WAS BLOWN BACK BY HER NONCHALANT ATTITUDE. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. ALSO NAIL TECHS YOUNG AND UNDER EXPERIENCED.
