These apartments have pros and cons. Pros:very spacious, plenty of closet and cabinet space, hot water all the time, good access to natural light. Cons:unprofessional leasing consultants-discussed another tenant's concern in front of me,unprofessional maintenance staff-enter apartments without knocking or ringing the doorbell, maintenance do not leave a former for completed work, repair requests take forever to complete, machines need to be replaced in the laundry facilities, laundry facilities are not kept clean, hallways are not kept clean. I've been here for a year. These apartments would be more appealing and bring more profitable if the management would stay on top of their game and pay more attention to what concerned tenants are telling them.

This is the worst realty company ever! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They are thieves! The fees are out of control and they over charge for EVERYTHING! You have to pay them for your electric and they won't show you how much you've used! They control the heat in your apartment not you! you will freeze to death! all my plants died because the boiler system don't kick in until it's ten degrees outside so you will definitely need space heaters! the fees are out of control so if you're late on your rent you will almost have to pay double!!!!
