I went to this shop on Nov 23rd, 2011 and was not happy with the professionalism of the braiders. how are you going to braid hair and take care of 2 children...a baby and a 5 year old. You pay too much money to have to listen to the operators constantly yelling at the five year old and the many breaks to feed the baby...they should hire a babysitter! I was told that getting 2 strand twists would not take as long as micro braids...so not true. And I was also told one price on the phone but when I got there it was a $30 price difference so make sure you have the price settled. My strands look nice but it took approx. 8 hrs :( Next time I get braids or strands I will make sure my braider has no kids at work with her, you have to pay too much money for that kind of crap.

It's nasty they have roaches, they tell you that they can't finish your head in one day. There were to many breaks taken and she talked on the phone to much. I only have one experience there and that's how it was. My hair did look good though, but who would want to go through that again.

I love my hair. The women who did it did an excellent job! I would definently go back though my only complaint was the length of time that it took. Overall I believe it was worth the wait.
