Provided by YP.comI cant begin to explain the level of unprofessionalism this establishment demonstrated. I requested a pedicure and waited 10 minutes. Fine. Literally, it took this man 7 minutes to complete my pedicure. SEVEN MINUTES? . He did absolutely nothing beyond taking off my old polish and then attempting to put on another color. No cleaning, soaking, scrubbing, NOTHING. When I approached the tech to express my concern, he snapped at me and said, " DO YOU WANT OR NO?" And proceeded to roll his eyes. When I declined services he threw a towel at me and walk away. I will NEVER recommend this place of business to ANYONE EVER!!! Horrible service and horrible customer service. I give this place a ZERO!!!!!

Provided by YP.comThis place probably has its "ups" but for a first visit, mine was definitely a "down". Unfortunately it was so bad that I didn't even have a chance to get my nails done, so I cannot comment on the quality of their technicians ... this is because when I arrived, I was told "10 minutes" to wait for my requested service (basic manicure). No problem. I'll wait. 10 min pass by and she is still working on her customer. Look, I've been given the "10 meenits" at multiple nail places here and in Chicago and know its just to keep you from leaving and is rarely accurate, but when I asked her "How much longer" after 15 min, she said "all I have to do is paint her nails." Amazingly, the technician then proceeded to the back of the salon where she began waxing her client's brows, confirming that she is for sure a liar, and maybe (at best) a gross underestimator of how long it actually takes her to do her job. Clearly I was in for a 30-40 min wait and didn't have a clue. DON'T LIE TO ME. Tell me how long its going to take - especially when its not even close to "10 minutes" - so that I can make the choice myself whether I have the time to wait for you or not. I won't go back. Not worth it.

Provided by YP.comI can't begin to explain how awful this place is. They have ruined my wife's nails and I spent whole week just getting her between doctors and trying to calm her down.
When we went there for the first time, we have specifically asked for UV nails. Guy working there said something like "mhm" (not a single employee speaks proper English) and then started working. My wife was worried because although his technique looked impressive (did everything with powder that turned to gel and free-hand) it was different than what she was used to. We tried talking with the guy, but as he doesn't speak English he would just stare at us blank, say something like OK and then keep working. After he finished, nails did look good but that was just the start of story.
After a week real problems started. Nails were falling apart and my wife complained that her natural nails are hurting. To add to the problems - we were on a field trip and couldn't get right away to some nail salon to take off her nails.
When we got back to STL we went straight away to the salon and tried explaining how nails are falling apart and how she feels pain. They didn't listen at all what we were telling and all they offered was to add more gel, saying that should fix the problem (or to quote them: "More gel. Problem fix."). As we were desperate, my wife agreed and sat down... only to have real horror start - removing the nails was a real pain. The girl who was working her nails (the guy who did original work was ignoring us) at one point even took one fake nail from drawer and tried to rip the gel off from nails! I am no expert on doing nails but it was obviously the wrong way to do things so I asked them to stop, just remove the gel they can with a drill and let us pay and go.
I will spare you the details of really hard parts that involved my wife crying during whole day and other things that followed; but I did get to understand what they did eventually. The problem was that they've done acrylic nails. If you are like me before this incident, you probably have no idea what is the difference between acrylic and UV nails, so go to these links and see for yourself:

So, from this perspective I am really glad that my wife and her nails are fine now. I urge anyone reading this review to seriously consider it and find some other salon.
I am also investigating my options when it comes to complaining to some government agency and having their license revoked as what after I've been, I don't think they are knowledgeable enough to do anyone’s nails. I mean - using fake nail to rip off gel while customer in front of you is crying. Seriously?
