Northwest Electric replaced our service panel. Very professional as well as courteous. When completed the area was left cleaner than when they started. I intent to use them again.

Had them out to repair/replace bad GFI circuit in panel. Though I told them that's what I needed done, the technician showed up without the part and had to go downtown to get it while I waited. A few days after put in, it stopped working. They came out and "repaired" it again. But, it's still not working (out $300) stopped working after about 2 months. They put in a new dimmer switch too that is working, but I feel over priced. Then, they kept sending me overdue notices, even though I paid with credit card (took 3 phone calls to get that stopped).
