First off let me say I was hired on and quit after the first day. The place seems very shady and unorganized. They want you to make so many sales or you basically fire yourself. This company seems so made up its ridiculous. The manager ken is very unapprochable, impatient and an arrogant self centered indivusual. So I give this company one star for wasting my time and energy on a place that doesn't care about employees but only the benefit of themselves. As a business they have a lot of improving to do

Regardless of how they spin it this career "opportunity" is an elaborate pyramid scheme. Its commission based with a $300 a week draw. Meaning if you don't make $300 a week, which most do not, then what you get paid over what you actually made is sales you have to pay back. You will work on average 40 hours a week in the field, then an additional 15 hours a week driving and or in morning meeting, which is where the bulk of the brain washing takes place. You will essentially end up working 55 hours a week or more, just to make 300 bucks, and most of it you will have to pay back. No wonder the Cydcor big wigs make so much, they have 300 offices full of hard working people making nothing. That's the reality of this business. Management is shady, I would stay far far far away from this company.
